Please note that the time of year may increase the time your invitations take to be ready. You will be notified upon placing your order if this is the case. Once a signed proof is received we will contact you with and estimated ship date. Invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
If you have a rush order and need your invitations ASAP, just let us know! Most times we can accommodate rush orders and can help you expedite the process at no additional charge.
If an order is canceled before a proof is approved 80% of your total order will be refunded. If a proof has been signed, you will be billed according to costs incurred.
Your order will be shipped via FedEx ground with shipping insurance, and it will require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure there will be someone available to sign for your package at the shipping address you prvide. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you would like your expedited shipping let us know prior to your ship date.
Delivery & Errors
Once you order is delivered, please check the contents of your box thoroughly. If there are any errors in you order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If Alee & Press did NOT make the error, and the order must be reprinted, you will be billed again for the order, less 20% discount for reprinting. If Alee & Press makes an error on your order, we will correct it at no charge and ship as quickly as possible or offer you a refund or credit towards a future purchase. You must notify us of any errors within 5 days upon receipt of the order.
We do not offer double envelopes, tissue or liners but if this is something that you would like, we are able to quote upon request. We are also happy to locate special or custom envelopes, paper stock, embellishments and alternative materials.
Alee & Press will supply 10% extra envelopes with every order to allow for any addressing errors. If additional envelopes are needed, please let us know when you place your order.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason within our control, please let us know and we will offer an exchange or refund (refund not available on design services or custom ordered materials). Due to the nature of letterpress, slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. Please note that we hand mix our inks and slight variations can occur from batch to batch.
A 50% deposit is due before any design work is started & proofs are issued. Alee & Press accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments via the phone. To provide your credit card number over the phone, please call us during normal business hours. We also accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders via snail mail.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Georgia, at the rate of the city or county where the order is shipped. Domestic US orders shipping outside of the state of Georgia are exempt from tax.
Privacy & Security
We take privacy and security matters very seriously. Any personal information we collect from you is used only to communicate about your order and is not disclosed to outside parties.
The letterpress process and our work can best be appreciated in person. Samples can be ordered at $15 per set and are refunded with an order. Our sample supply is limited so requested designs may not always be available.
We don’t always stick to the “the rules" here at Alee & Press, and we don’t think your invitation has to either. It’s all about the couple and what they want, and we try to inject in as much personality as we can. We like to mix a bit of the traditional with a bit of the whimsical. If you’re wanting traditional copy, we’d be happy to help you properly word your invitation. Same goes for wanting something a bit more unexpected.

Is there an order minimum?
Nope! We'll print the exact number of wedding invitations, baby announcements, or stationery that you need.
Can I use a different font?
Yes! We have thousands of fonts to choose from and will even purchase a font if you have something specific in mind. We work extensively with type design and can help guide you with this delicate process.
What about menus, escort cards, place cards, programs, rehearsal dinner invitations & favors?
We can design all of these pieces for you to fit in with your chosen design and overall vision. We won't charge you any design fees for these extra pieces either!
You should assume that everything you see, hear or receive from us is copyrighted, or is the intellectual property of Alee & Press. The contents include images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, logos, text the site as a whole or other items on this site.
Please don't be a copycat, it's not nice.
